Mawaria Shipping being actively involved in the Shipping and Forwarding Industry for the past 2 decades, have with them experienced and senior personnel who are able to provide expect consultation and logistics planning and experience which exceeds the capabilities of other forwarding entities.

Mawaria has successfully performed transportation, freight forwarding, customs clearance and have provided related services for some Major Projects in Malaysia.

Complete with the experience of senior personnel in Mawaria who have successfully handled various Turnkey Projects for Major PSC contractors / vendors in the Oil & Gas Sectors and as such Mawaria is in a position to understand the critical requirements in Project Forwarding to ensure smooth co-ordination to the overall benefit of any project.

Besides, the company is managed and operated by the owners of the company who has significant track experience in the Shipping and Freight Forwarding and transportation services. As such, there is active and real participation from the owners that spells dedication and professionalism, The combined total experience of these individuals add up to over 100 years in this service industry.


SCOPE OF PERFORMANCE

Mawaria's personnel are fully prepared and able to provide services on worldwide basis, including all labour, supervision, technical and professional assistance, supplies and equipment to perform the following functions.

	Meeting with customer's representative(s) and designated supplier(s) to  review the materials and equipment to be transported and to discuss other technical requirements.
	Reviewing the placement of Purchase Orders and working to establish the  logistics of transportation and shipment.
	Selecting a suitable facility, or facilities, for consolidation, packing, container stuffing, marshaling and exporting of materials and equipment (consideration of dimensions and weights of cargo, location of vendors inland transport, port conditions and available vessel services normally govern this selection).
	Maintaining contact with suppliers and calling shipments forward to the Consolidated/marshaling facility of directly to the port of export.
	Evaluating the necessity of providing expediting services of cargoes to ensure proper packing and crating of materials for shipment and providing these services as required.
	Arranging and/or providing professional packing of materials, if required.
	Inspection of packing and crating upon receipt of cargo at port of shipment of marshaling/consolidation facility. Timely advice of any and all discrepancies on materials that do not meet projects requirements.
	Negotiating rates and conditions for the transport of materials to the designated ports of discharge.
	Review of supplier's documentation in order to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Preparing all documentation, in required format, but not limited to:

o Export/Import Declarations 
o Bills of Lading 
o Customs Invoices, Packing List
o Airway Bills 
o Commercial Invoices
o Consular Documents.
